The Midnight Fun
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ oz vodka
- Dash strawberry liqueur
- 1 oz strawberry puree
- Champagne
- Strawberry
Directions:
Combine vodka, liqueur, and puree into champagne flute and stir. Slowly top with champagne and stir again. Garnish with strawberry.
Toast to 2012!

•1 oz Vodka
•1 oz Bailey’s Irish cream
•1 oz Amaretto
•1oz cream
•Chocolate syrup
•Top with cinnamon/crushed almonds
Directions:
•Place martini glass in freezer to chill
•Add Baileys, amaretto, vodka and cream to shaker with ice
•Shake
•Remove glass from freezer
•Rim inside of martini glass with chocolate syrup
•Pour contents of shaker into glass
•Top with almond crumbles or cinnamon

A lemon drop is best for this “great but a bit mad” hero who loves the lemon drop Muggle candy.
Albus Dumbledore
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ oz Citrus Vodka
- ½ oz Triple sec
- Splash Sweet and Sour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- Garnish lemon
- Garnish maraschino cherry
Directions:
- Fill martini glass with cold water and place in freezer for 2 minutes to chill.
- Combine vodka, triple sec, and sweet and sour into a shaker
- Shake
- Rim glass with sugar
- Pour contents of shaker into glass
- Garnish with lemon and cherries

Ingredients:
- 2 oz Bourbon
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- Tsp Sugar
- Splash Water
- Garnish 2 maraschino cherries
Directions:
- Muddle the sugar and bitters together in an old-fashioned cocktail glass.
- Add some ice, water, and bourbon.
- Stir.
- Garnish with cherries.
Fred and George Weasley
Ingredients:
- 1 oz Vodka
- ½ oz Chambord
- ½ oz Peach Schnapps
- Splash of Pineapple juice
- Strawberry Pop Rocks
Directions:
- Fill martini glass with cold water and place in freezer for 2 minutes to chill.
- Pour all ingredients except candy in a shaker with ice.
- Rim martini glass with Strawberry Pop Rocks
- Pour in contents of mixer.
